GreenRank uses net scoring — your gross score minus your handicap. A 28-handicapper can genuinely beat a scratch player in a season league. You don't need to be good at golf to compete — you need to be consistent. That's what makes it addictive.

Does my whole group need to sign up?
Yes — each player needs a free GreenRank account. Setup takes 60 seconds.
What if my marker isn't on the app?
You can invite your marker via a link after the round. They verify your scorecard without needing to be in your league.
How are buy-ins handled?
GreenRank doesn't process payments. Buy-ins are agreed between your group — GreenRank just tracks who wins.
Can I import my existing handicap?
Yes — enter your current WHS handicap index when you sign up. It's used for net score calculation immediately.
What happens if I miss a few weeks of a season?
Your rank holds where it is. You don't fall back for inactivity, only for poor rounds below net par.
Is GreenRank free?
The core product — leagues, round tracking, rank ladder, social feed — is free forever. Premium features are optional.
