Acceptance
By creating a GreenRank account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
GreenRank is a social golf league platform. It allows users to log rounds, join leagues, and compete on leaderboards. The service is provided free of charge with optional paid features.
Accuracy of scores
You agree to log your scores honestly and accurately. GreenRank uses a marker verification system to maintain scorecard integrity. Deliberately submitting false scores may result in account suspension.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use GreenRank. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Buy-ins and financial arrangements
GreenRank does not process, hold, or facilitate financial transactions. Any buy-ins or financial arrangements between users are made entirely between those users and are outside of GreenRank's control. Users are solely responsible for ensuring any such arrangements comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. You must be 18 or over to participate in any financial arrangement in connection with a GreenRank league.
Acceptable use
Do not use GreenRank to harass other users, submit spam, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage in leagues. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Paid plans
Premium and Club subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Limitation of liability
GreenRank is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including errors in score calculation or leaderboard positions.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GreenRank after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
